fchai reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfactorily completed. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation in connection with KYC is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fchai Account login credentials. fchai will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify fchai support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. fchai shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
fchai currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. fchai reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method availability at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your fchai Wallet within seconds. Deposits via other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider. fchai does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fchai bears no responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya deposits. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed within the Wallet section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
All transactions on the fchai Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. fchai bears no liability for losses arising from currency conversion errors made by third-party payment providers.
Funds deposited to your fchai Wallet are intended solely for use in wagering on Games offered by the fchai Platform. fchai is not a payment institution and your fchai Wallet is not a general-purpose digital wallet. Deposits are accepted in good faith that they represent funds owned by you and intended for lawful gaming activity.
fchai processes withdrawal requests to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, subject to the requirements of that payment method. Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes of request confirmation. Withdrawals via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed same-day before banking cut-off times, subject to interbank processing timelines.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. fchai does not charge processing fees on any approved withdrawal; the full requested amount will be transferred to your designated payment account.
fchai reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:
You are solely responsible for providing accurate withdrawal destination details (GCash number, bank account number, etc.). fchai shall not be liable for failed or misdirected withdrawals resulting from incorrect details provided by the Player.
fchai offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback credits, referral bonuses, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your fchai Wallet are subject to playthrough (wagering) requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance. The applicable playthrough multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, playthrough requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, after which any uncleared Bonus Funds will expire.
fchai reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to systematically exploit bonus structures, coordinating with other Players to abuse referral programs, and providing false information to obtain bonuses.
fchai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, Players will retain any Bonus Funds already credited to their Account subject to applicable playthrough conditions.
All digital games on the fchai Platform — including slot machines, virtual table games, bingo games, and instant games such as Coin and Mines Grand — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used in fchai Games are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
Theoretical Return to Player percentages for slot games are published within the individual game information screens. Published RTPs are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session, spin, or wager.

All live dealer games are operated by trained, licensed dealers under the supervision of the studio operator. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, fchai's game management system will determine the correct outcome based on available game state data, and fchai's determination shall be final.
All sports betting markets on fchai are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section. In cases where a bet is placed on a market that is subsequently voided (for example, due to a cancelled sporting event), the stake will be returned to your fchai Wallet. Odds quoted at the time of bet placement are binding once the bet is confirmed, except where a manifest error in odds pricing has occurred, in which case fchai reserves the right to void the affected bet at its sole discretion.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect display of outcomes or payouts, fchai reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be offered in connection with a game malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fchai Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
fchai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of: breach of any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering or financial crime; bonus abuse; technical exploitation; multiple Account creation; provision of false KYC documentation; or any other conduct that fchai determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon suspension or termination of an Account, access to the Platform will be removed. Where termination follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, fchai reserves the right to void pending wagers, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold Wallet balances pending compliance investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining Real Money Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required compliance review.
Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting fchai support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be transferred to the Player's nominated payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
All content on the fchai Platform — including but not limited to the fchai brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, imagery, audio, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to fchai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose (personal, non-commercial gaming). This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content without express written permission from fchai.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fchai, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fchai Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to Platform downtime; losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions; losses arising from misunderstood game rules or bonus terms; or losses arising from a Player's continued gambling despite self-acknowledged problem gambling behaviour.
fchai's aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims, to the extent liability is not excluded by law, shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by you to your fchai Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By using the fchai Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. fchai does not guarantee any winnings, and past performance of Games does not indicate or predict future outcomes. You agree to wager only funds that you can afford to lose without financial hardship.
fchai collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and fchai. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the fchai Privacy Policy.
Your personal data — including your name, mobile number, identity document information, payment method details, and gaming activity history — may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification service providers, and other third parties as required by law or as necessary to provide the fchai service. fchai will not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

fchai reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fchai will provide notice via in-Platform notification, email to your registered address, or SMS to your registered mobile number at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory requirement.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect each revision. Archived versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting fchai support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and fchai, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fchai support at the contact details below. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
